My promise of confidentiality to you is unconditional and absolute. I will never disclose anything you tell me to anyone. I will never make commercial use of anything you tell me. This commitment is permanent and unlimited and applies whether or not you engage me. I have a 100 per cent track record of total secrecy and I intend to keep that track record intact.

I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before beginning work with you and I can supply a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement form if you wish.

Initial free consultation
I will be happy to provide you with an initial consultation free of charge. I will listen carefully to as much or as little as you wish to tell me about your project.  Then I will give you my feedback on its strengths and weaknesses and advise you on the best way to set about getting financial backing. How I work
I can work in whatever way suits you best.  My normal approach is to ask you 
to complete a standard questionnaire that will provide me with the basic information I need.  The more information you provide, the less time it takes to write the business plan.  I will then conduct whatever research is necessary to fill the gaps in your business plan. 

Who owns what
You own the copyright of the finished work and it is your name that appears on the cover.

Many new business ventures require significant effort initially in marketing and PR. Yet hiring full time staff or engaging an agency can be expensive. I am able to provide part-time assistance, on a per-day basis, during your launch phase in areas that include:-

What you pay and when
As part of my free initial survey of your project, I will set out a price list and timetable for delivery of a complete business plan and also any additional services you may require. You remain in charge of your budget at all times, and pay only for work that has been completed once you have approved it.  I do not ask for any advance payment. I may ask for the fee we agree to be placed in escrow.
